* Related repair and installation services
All services are subject to written estimates and/or signed agreements.

Final pricing may change based on:

* Design modifications requested by the client
* Permit requirements

3. Permits & Approvals
Where required, permits must be obtained before construction begins.
We may assist in the permitting process, but final approval is issued by local authorities in Florida. Delays in permitting are not under our control.

Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement. Typical structure may include:
* Deposit before project start
* Progress payments during construction
* Final payment upon completion
Failure to make payments may result in suspension of work.

All timelines are estimates only.
Delays may occur due to:

* Costs of materials purchased
